6. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided for the current billing cycle.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SystemPrompt LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
