Claude Now Builds Its Own Team of Agents

Claude Now Builds Its Own Team of Agents

Ask Claude to do one giant task and watch it quietly give up at 35 out of 50. Not because it can't finish. Because the task was too big for one chat to hold.

That's not a Claude problem. That's a context problem. And now there's a fix for it that basically lets Claude solve its own homework logistics.

Claude Writes Its Own Org Chart

Dynamic workflows let Claude look at a task, decide it's too much for one conversation, and write its own multi-agent harness. Then it spins up a fleet of subagents, each one getting a fresh context and exactly one job, running in the background while you do something else.

This matters because the three things that wreck a long AI run are laziness, biased self-grading, and goal drift. One agent doing everything eventually starts grading its own work and deciding it's done when it isn't. A fleet of single-purpose agents with fresh context doesn't have that problem, because none of them are tired, none of them are attached to their own output, and none of them are quietly cutting corners at task 36.

You trigger this by just asking, or saying ultra mode. Pair it with /loop and /goal and it'll run on a schedule and stop only when the work is actually verified, not when Claude feels like it's probably fine.

Fresh context beats a tired agent every single time.

Here's the part you actually need to hear before you get excited and walk away for the weekend. One run can spawn up to a thousand agents. That's not a typo, that's a spend problem waiting to happen.

Cap it. Say "use 10,000 tokens" or set a real budget before you hit go.

Go build a task list that's actually too big for one chat, and let Claude figure out the org chart.
