One Idea, Ten Posts, Fifteen Minutes

One Idea, Ten Posts, Fifteen Minutes

You know what's burning you out? Not content creation. Starting from zero every single morning like you've never made a post in your life.

Here's the thing nobody tells you. One good idea is not one post. It's ten.

Split It Before You Format It

Most people skip straight to formatting. Wrong move. First, split your idea into angles before you touch a platform.

Teach the how. Share the mistake you made getting there. Drop a hot take that'll annoy three people and delight thirty. Same idea, three completely different posts, and you haven't even opened a design tool yet.

The idea isn't the content. The idea is the raw material for ten different pieces of content.

Then Reformat, Then Clip

Once you've got your angles, match them to the platform instead of copy-pasting the same block of text everywhere like it's 2015.

A short for video. A thread for X. A carousel for LinkedIn. Each one plays to how people actually consume on that platform, not how you feel like publishing.

Last step, and it's the easy one. Go back through everything you just made and pull your boldest lines. Turn those into quote graphics. You already wrote the good line, you're just giving it a frame.

Add it up and one idea just became a full week of content. Fifteen minutes of actual work, not five hours of rewriting the same sentence four different ways because you started from scratch each time.

The blank page isn't the problem. Treating every post like it needs its own original idea is the problem. Stop mining for ten ideas a week. Mine for one, then work it properly.
