Stop Bad AI Answers With This One Loop

What if the AI caught its own mistakes before you did? You can make that happen with one extra instruction, and it costs you nothing but a sentence.
It's called a validation loop. You tell the model to grade its own answer and fix the problems before handing it over. (Imagine if every coworker did this. Imagine.)
The loop
Drop this at the end of any prompt:
After your answer, self check:
Did you cover every request?
Any contradictions or format misses?
If yes, revise then recheck.
That last line is the whole trick. "Revise then recheck" forces a second pass, so the version you actually see is the cleaned-up one, not the rough draft. The model proofreads itself on your behalf.
The first draft is for the AI. The version you read should be the one it already fixed.
Tack the loop onto your next prompt and watch how many sloppy misses just stop showing up. Make it a habit and your AI quietly gets more reliable. Go add it.
