No WordPress clutter
Every screen is written in plain English and answers two questions: what is this, and what do I do here. No plugin ads, no technical warnings, no maze of menus. Staff can run the site without training or documentation.
A staff resource center built in
A private, login-gated library for staff documents, forms, and links, organized by category and searchable. Staff sign in with their school Google account and find what they need.
Updates and security handled for you
We manage software updates through our own private update channel, so your site stays current without anyone at the school touching it. The login page is branded to your school and protected with automatic lockouts.
Fast, clean pages
The site is built without heavyweight page builders, so pages stay lean and load quickly, and nothing breaks when a plugin vendor changes direction.

School System is being proven with Cristo Rey San Diego, where we rebuilt the school’s website from the ground up: a modern public site, a private staff resource center, school Google sign-in, and an admin experience the office can run itself. The rebuilt site runs today with the school’s real content, and school staff already sign in with their school Google accounts. Every claim below comes from that build.
In a timed rehearsal on a fresh WordPress install, the School System setup wizard produced a recognizable branded school site, with the school name, colors, homepage, menus, and roles in place, in 47 seconds of wizard time.
The first school staff member to use the system signed in with their school Google account and their account was created automatically on the spot. No invitation, no password, no IT ticket.
Sites update themselves through our private update channel using the standard WordPress update flow. We have already proven a full self-update on the live demo.
