Clear boundaries

Three-month initial commitment, then month-to-month. Phone, calendar and workflow compatibility and written scope must be confirmed before purchase. Custom CRM development, additional locations, outbound sales, card collection, regulated-data certification and unlimited changes are excluded. A standard installation targets five business days after completed intake and supported access; porting, unsupported carriers or delayed approvals can extend it.

POS/software subscriptions, payment and delivery fees, business email, and extra backend hosting or usage are separate. No 24/7 or unlimited support.
